Hey Hun :) The nail polish has gone goowy due to heat :) So the best way to keep your nail polish's not goowy is to keep them cool.. i know this sound'd stupid but I keep most of my nail polishe's in my fridge! Put your nail polish in your fridge and keep it there for a week or two and see if it turn's no goowy !! I dont know if this will work as the substance has already gone 'goowy' but it's worth a try :) Hope this help's :) Kisses
In order to open a stuck bottle of nail polish, run it under hot water to loosen the lid. If that doesn't work, dipping a Q-tip in nail polish remover and getting nail polish out from under the lid to loosen it.
