You possess all the rights of any other citizen and in addition are specifically granted additional rights over and above other citizens conferred upon you by the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). Theonly restriction on you as a metnally ill person would be if you are adjudged mentally insane and confined to an institution for your care and protection. .
