He was unpopular with his subjects as he took a lot of money away from the people of England. His Tax Collectors, Empson and Dudley were also unpopular due to their tactics of getting more money. All were greedy. Only after Henry VII died in 1509, his son, Henry VIII executed Empson and Dudley which made the people of England happy again.
Some of the bad things Henry VIII did:
Broke from the Pope, Closed down all monasteries and convents, executed 2 of his 6 wives, spent all of his money the second he got it instead of saving it for a bad time, killed anyone that didnt agree with him, married a bunch of different women and killed them when they could not bear him a son (although it's his fault)
First off, he married a bunch of different women and killed them when they could not bear him a son. (although it's his fault)
he raped 5 or 6 women and made about 27 babies then chucked them away.
Henry VII wasn't a good defender, and he wasn't a very nice person either. Henry VIII was a good King, and looked after England well, but was a womanizer and wasn't very nice to his wives.
Henry VIII was lustful, selfish, and eventually gluttonous.
Ummmmm , hahah(: Well He was responsible for the early establishment of an English Navy, Protestants will say the split with Rome was a good thing but of course Catholics would disagree. I've read that online haha (: I don't really think there is much. But I've read to that he was the greatest king.. . . Or something, But he was responsible for alot of baaaad things. Henry VIII owned a number of churches, not to mention that he was also buried in one when he died of really bad leg ulcers. But in total he owned about 555 churches.
Henry VIII was lustful, selfish, and eventually gluttonous.
Henry the VIII was a good king because he set up the church of England and he was a well educated man he also made England a stronger country during the war of the roses However Henry was also a bad king because he destroyed all ministries and nunneries he also killed many of his wives. Henry also took money from the church and spent it on himself

Nothing particular.
a bad king
to be able to take money from the church, Henry had to close the catholic church and monasteries to take away their money. To be able to close the monasteries Henry needed a reason, so, he bad mouthed the catholics by saying that they believed in the wrong things and that they were greedy. By saying that, he then had the power (as king) to close, burn and take all the money from the churches and monasteries. written by lucian thomas :-p
He was too bored and busy to do any of the important things and liked ordering people around.
He was a good king because people loved him and were pleased to pay for his palaces and court. He was a bad king because he put up taxes and sold the lands of the monasteries just to pay for his wars.
