You might check the nutrae safety switch on your passenger side kick panel under your dash.Sometimes they can trip if you hit a bump or something to hard.I had it happen on my 90 model bronco
try replaceing the ingnition switch module located on the distruber(sp) l have an 89 that did the same thing

You probably have a bad Electronic Control Module. They are notorious for going bad.

How do you know it is getting spark if it won't turn over?
If getting fuel and spark, then need compression and air.
what kind of car?
Look at the starter or the spark plug
Need spark plugs
Maybe There Is Water In The Fuel; Try Using ABottle Of Dry Gas.
If you are getting fuel and it will not start you have no spark.
