Get an attorney immediately to have papers served and start the process before he gets away. In most states, you can file anyway and if he can not be found to be served, there are protocols that allow you to go ahead without him. The only reason I would want to make sure you get started is to keep him from leaving with all the assets. Your attorney can help you with all of this so don't wait.

Or try to find a "hit man" and if it works out, you won't ever have to go to court.Everything will be yours!

Under ancient law, this was the requirement to secure a divorce; if this is sufficient to constitute a divorce in your jurisdiction (country) I can't say. Under most Judaic religions you are divorced in the eyes of the religion; Triple Talaq.

Your husband left your home and family over a month ago you want to move to AR and file for divorce in 60 days What if he files first do I have to move back with the kids?

No. If your husband files for divorce before you do, you do not need to move back to the house with your kids. You should, however, arrange to get your own lawyer to take care of your own interests and you should appear in court when the divorce proceedings go before the court. You do not want the judge just to hear your husband's side.

If your husband does an uncontested divorce and you do not agree to his terms can he still go ahead with it?

he can proceed but without your consent, he would have to schedule a hearing and notify you of that hearing so the judge could hear your side.

If men are going through a separation or divorce why do they still refer to their exes as their wives?

A Separation is not a divorce and you are still legally married. "Getting" a divorce, you are still married until the law tells you otherwise and papers are signed. I usually hear "ex wife" or "ex husband" and that just means the couple don't live together and could mean they are just separated or are getting a divorce. Some men may refer to their ex wife as "wife" out of habit.

Can a married man put his mistress's name on our apt lease if we are not separated or divorced?

Yes. Apartment complexes require the names of everyone that will be residing in the unit. B: Where in a world did you hear this? Even if you and your husband is separated, your husband can not and is not allowed to do this. By law you are still his wife and carrying his last name, no matter how much he love his mistress, no way that he can do this. Talk to a lawyer and he/she will tell you that as long as the two of you are not divorce yet you have all the rights.
