What can I do when my best friend will not forgive me its been 3 months and I have really been missing her I have been trying to move on but it is too hard as we have been friends for a long time?

Depends on what you did to offend her. Some things can not be forgiven or apologized for. All you can do is apologize, mean it and leave it at that. Learn from the mistake and don't make the same sort in the future.
give him/her time to reevaluate his feeling. it may take some time before she/he can forgive you but believe me the day will come. just don't give up on him/her for the sake of your friendship

If it is you that your friend cannot forgive, then give your friend space. Let a lot of time pass (weeks, or even months). If your friend still cannot forgive you then you need to face that and give up the friendship. Just deal with it; life will go on and maybe years from now you can re-connect. If you have a friend who cannot forgive someone else, just continue being friends and let your friend talk about it if necessary. You cannot make a person forgive someone. It happens over time, or it doesn't happen. You have to roll with it.

Dont hate them. If they're truly your friends, you'll forgive them. You could argue that if they were your friend they wouldn't ever do it to you, but usually they chose you as a friend because you are the sort of person they like to associate with, and a person that you went out with is usually quite similar to you. So probably one of the reasons they are now going out is because they are what your friend would look for. If that makes sense. Forgive them. And try and forget it. Afterall, you moved on, and you shouldn't be upset. Be happy for them being happy, and find someone else to go out with :) Good luck
