What can I look for to fix my blower that is not working on any speed in my sebring the fuse is OK?

More than likely the problem is with the climate control unit. Go to a salvage lot, get a replacement unit there (it will not be expensive) and replace the one in your car. I think you can simply pull the trim piece from around the climate control unit and then the unit has 4 screws holding it in place.
