You can use a recipe that doesn't use eggs, like some shortbread cookies and Betty Crocker pumpkin cookies. Also, Google some websites that have recipes for people with egg Allergies. That will give you some options.

If the recipe calls for eggs then there is really nothing you can do about it. Cookies need eggs to help them stick together, especially since most cookie recipes don't have any other liquids but eggs

Go to the store and buy some.
In a pinch, you can substitute a large tablespoon of real mayonnaise (not salad dressing) for each egg. It sounds strange, but it does work! You probably should reduce the oil or butter in your cookies, though, because the main ingredients in mayonnaise are eggs and oil, whipped until they no longer separate. It should make some very tasty cookies!

Cornstarch (or other starches, such as potato starch) and water or milk can be substituted for eggs in some recipes. I personally don't know how well this would work in cookies.

If one is has less flour than the amount required, yet is determined to make cookies nonetheless, one should determine how much flour one has. If one has half the amount called for, cut all the other ingredients in half - one egg instead of two; half a cup of milk instead of one; etc. Then continue as usual. Do not change the time or the temperature of baking.
