Jews cannot violate any of the 613 Commandments proscribed by God and as interpreted by the Rabbis. The biggest restrictions concern the people with whom you cannot have sexual relations or marriage, the types of labors one can do on Shabbat (Saturday), and Kashrut (the dietary laws concerning what a Jew can eat). There are a significant number of things that a Jew cannot do in addition to the specific examples.
