I use McCormick's All-Vegetable Chicken Bouillon cubes....no meat, but has a nice flavor. They also come in All-Vegetable Beef cubes. They disolve quickly in hot water and can be used anywhere you'd use chicken (or beef) broth.
Chicken broth and chicken stock are basically the same thing. Chicken stock typically has herbs and spices added to it and chicken broth is the reduced water from boiling a chicken, generally with some sort of salt added to it. If you are buying chicken broth/stock at the grocery store, the names may differ on the packaging depending on the company.
Chicken stock is mainly made out of the bony parts of the chicken, whereas chicken broth is made out of meatier parts of the chicken, so broth could usually be a substitute for stock although you might want to add a little extra water to compensate for the comparative richness of the broth.
no one seems to care about this ... i suggest that you find a good recipe for chicken broth and make it yourself...........
vegetable broth, beef broth, Tomato Juice, wine or water could be used. Experiment with subsitutions! You may create something better!

Yes, you can substitute chicken broth for turkey stock as the two are similar in taste. This would work better than substituting with vegetable or beef stock.
Physically yes. There isn't very much of a chemical difference between the two (i.e. your dish won't explode if you substitute beef for chicken). However, your dish will taste very different, as beef broth is generally heavier and saltier tasting.
Chicken Stock can be used effectively instead of chicken broth. You will get a similar taste.
Yes, if the chicken used in the broth has salmonella, then it is possible that the broth will have it as well.
Chicken broth is just the juices aka the drippings from chicken so it is healthly

A case of chicken broth generally has twelve cartons. If these are 32 ounce cartons that would mean that you had 384 ounces of chicken broth in that case.
