Seized or damaged half shaft (drive shaft) joint
Usually this is a U joint type joint, but not always
Could be a bad CV joint or something to that nature.depends on what kind of noise it is
Possible its time to change those brake pads out. The whining noise is possibly the metal grinding to your rotor, which would cause your wheel to shake. Consider getting those rotors turned as well.
Your Axle
It sound more like it could be the wheel bearing, usually CV joints clunk when you reach full lock. Jack it up and spin the wheel you think is at fault to see if you can hear the noise, also grip the wheel in both hands at 3 and 9 o'clock and shake the wheel towards you left to right if there is play its the bearing Hope this helps
Many things can cause that, the simplest cause being lack of power steering fluid.
c/v axle is bad if its front wheel drive
have it checked you could have bent the axle and the noise would be the bearing
If its front wheel drive possibly an axle.
Bad tire? Try in another location on vehicle
Tire imbalance or wheel bearing. tire(s) more likely.
Possibly the wheel bearing.
