Different alarms have different sensitivity levels. Some alarms are set to go off with the lightest of touch or even just a loud sound.
Only the ones that are sold in Canada. You can have the dealer to install them though.
The original Altima model of cars was introduced in 1993, and continued until 1997. It was based on the Nissan Bluebird SSS, though its styling was taken from a California design studio in 1989.

A 4 cylinder, V6, or maybe even a V8. I doubt the V8 though.

YES!!! THERE IS A RECALL ON ALL 2002-2006 NISSAN ALTIMA 2.5'S. THE ECM NEEDS TO BE REPROGRAMMED!!! THIS IS A WEBSITE THAT TELLS YOU A LITTLE MORE OF ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH THIS VEHICLE THAT USE TO BE RECALLED, BUT THEY ARE NOT FIXING THIS PROBLWM ANYMORE, EVEN THOUGH IT IS CONTINUING TO HAPPEN TO MANY NISSAN ALTIMA'S. http://www.lemonauto.com/complaints/nissan/altima.htm
I had a 1997 Nissan Altima, got 200,000 miles out of it with very little repair. I kept the oil changed, and did all the necessary maintence. I totaled it out on 8/25\ 2012 even though it sustained major front end damage, it still started right up. I am now shopping for the new 2013 model.
I would prefer a Toyota or Saturn something that would have a better chance of not breaking down. I do think that Nissans are good for showy cars though.
The Villager engines are NOT interference engines, even though some catalogs claim they are. The reason is that it is a Nissan engine, and the Nissan versions are interference, the Mercury ones are not.
Well the top speed I got my Altima up to was 120, you need a lot of open road though.
No. The Nissan 350z and 370z do not have back seats. If you have money though, consider the Nissan GT-R. It has back seats and is the fastest car from Nissan.
the location is directly under and to the left of the steerinhg colum that a one huge wiring harness connection i would not recomend taking it out though because once it is taken out nothing on the car will work because the alarm/ smart control unit controls anything
