Usually it is caused my muscle spasms... If it occurs with bending, twisting or lifting heavy items, or if you have a tender area there, that's your best bet...
I dont want to really scare you, but, with me it meant that i had leukaemia. this obviously doesnt mean you have it. I would just have a blood test to put your mind at rest.
Might be a Kidney infection or infected appendix.
It could be a pulled muscle, a ruptured appendix, a large turd stuck up your butt.

Lower right pain is commonly associated with appendicitis.
A hard lump in the lower lumbar region could be a cyst. It is best to be examined by a physician to be sure it's nothing serious.
Lower right quadrant pain is associated with appendicitis. There are instances of appendicitis presenting with chest pain, however these are congenital anomalies and require thoracic surgery to remove the appendix. It could be anything, but the first thing that comes to mind is a tumor. You should get to a doctor and have it checked out.

IT COULD BE AN APPENDICITIS...when my appendix ruptured i had pain all over, not necessairly on the right side It could just be wind.
