NOT LEGALLY...however you wouldn't be the first to do it. That's why most repair shops have fences for storage. The shop is legally entitled to its repair charges. Why not just let the LENDER pay the repair charges and then get the car?? That's how its supposed to work. Email me if you have more questions.
