What can someone do to keep weight on their body if they have a fast metabolism and eat fine but are on the thin side?
You have to eat more, and eat food with high calories and fat. Don't try and clog your arteries though.
Answer u probably gain weight fast because u have a (low) metabolism. Metabolism is the rate that ur body needs to brak down your foon. I have a high metabolism, so i burn my food faster than most ppl. Ppl who have a low metabolism don't break down their food as fast.
