What can you do if you bought an older used car several months ago from a private party and cannot find any of the paper work?

Most if not all states require the original title to be negotiated between buyer and seller. So if you lost that, you'd need to go back to seller, beg him and pay his expenses ($25 in NH) to apply for a replacement title. Go with him to MV in person or else wait a long time. Have him re-sign the title over to you. Your MV clerk may be able to offer a short cut or temporary solution until this process is completed. Good luck.

Well, I know I bought my daughters and my sons seperately, and they were about $100 or so a piece. But, I bought them about 6 months ago. Well, I know I bought my daughters and my sons seperately, and they were about $100 or so a piece. But, I bought them about 6 months ago.

A mosquito cannot survive in a suitcase for nine months because they will have no food to keep them alive. Mosquitoes have to feed several times daily in order to stay alive.
