try to be friends with him, and tlk 2 him and act friendly so u guys r friends. then hes start lyking u, even if its just as friends his liking might grow and u guys could go out =D or u guys r gonna hav alot of fun 2gether n u may start liking him just as a friends.
if u guys r already friends then he likes u as a friend n may start 2 like u bacc if u act like hes ur bff and always include him, but dont b 2 obvious incase he doesnt like u that much n it gets akward. =D good luck
