eating right is all about having the required nutrients without having excess carbs.

a quick fix could be some yogurt, bananas, or my dieting best friends favorite (heat up a burger without the bun)...don't be afraid to eat something big...be afraid of eating something with a low concentration of nutrients. also...if your not hungry, don't eat =).
