when u buy canned peaches at the store they come in a syrup, buy the ones with heavy syrup and drink a few spoon fuls of it. the syrup really helps coat and sooth the stomach and it is a cheap thing u can keep on hand.

∙ 13y agoDo not drink at first to rest your digestive tract. You might however try just a single saltine cracker. If able to keep this down for 30 minutes then take 1 single ounce of flat Sprite or Gatorade. Wait 20 minutes and try another ounce. If you vomit then nothing at all for 1 hour then begin again with a single ounce of fluid every 20 minutes. If able to keep down for 2 hours then slowly increase amount.
You could also try Ginger Ale - but don't drink it very cold. Avoid milk. Pepto Bismol is good for nausea.

∙ 13y agothey say dry toast will work but myself personally i try to eat normally so the body keeps going, maybe some rice and chicken and remember to drink water keep the body hydrated
