anything too hard. I can have baked chips and tortilla chips. I eat Chocolate Chips and that is okay with my dentist. I just make sure to brush REALLY well. you can have cut up apples and Oranges. I can eat cinnamon toast crunch and honey bunches of oats. NO NUTS. no hard nature valley bars. you can eat the chewy quaker oats bars. I can chew sugar-free gum like some types of 5 gum and stuff like that with NO sugar. You can't eat ice either.

softer things are best like light foods such as soups, applesauce, pudding and things like that..... you can actually eat hard candy as long as you dont chew it just suck on it. if you chew it it could get stuck in your wires... hope this helps. :)
