fit vw polo alternaor belt
yes.
I do not know of any FAA approved (i.e The Britax Regent will not fit nor is it FAA approved) car seat that will not fit an airline seat. However, a good tip I've learned is to ask for a belt extender to help make an easier fit. :o)
A seat belt protects the passengers when you have a car accident.
Not knowing what engine you have in your Olds, most engines will have the "Mapping" of the belt located somewhere under the hood. On my two Olds, they are located on the valve cover. When you purchase a new belt for your car the cardboard holder for the belt will display several diagrams based upon the engine that the belt will fit..... you out.
The alternator belt is classed as a "stretchy" belt by Ford and is not re-usable.
The diagram should be on the fan shroud. If it isn't, draw one before you take it off. It also is in the owners manual. Otherwise go to a used car lot and find a car with a like engine and draw your own schematic,./To change the belt (and if you have the original type belt tensioner) you need a small oil filter wrench to loosen the belt tensioner to fit the new belt on. Good luck.
The Fit uses a chain.
