Generally Super Tech uses Fram numbers with an ST in place of the PH. Example: PH16 = ST16 So that should be ST6017A.

A 3614 oil filter is used in 2.4L 4-Cyl Chrysler engines commonly found in the PT Cruiser and certain other Chrysler vehicles. It may fit other applications as well, but this is a common one.

I don't what auto uses a Fram 2951 but I do know a Ford 1210 compact tractor uses that particular filter.

There is no oil filter bracket. It uses a spin on type oil filter.
That filter is for a Chrysler 3.8L engine 1999
