i had the same problem with a 95 and it ending up being my fuel pump and throttle positioning sensor..get it looked at by a professional. (owner update) after almost 4 years of this problem heres what happen. the error code for the map sensor came on. by the the cirrus did not start at all. i changed it and it cured all. after 1 year still runs fine.
