Old hard lip lseals can cause it. It probably needs an overhaul. when you warm it up apply the parking brake and put it in neutral i was told by certified tranny expert dodges wont build up much pressure in park but will in neutral after fluid has all drained back after sitting overnight it works on my 96 Dodge ram anyways

get the universal joints checked on your driveshaft.
have the u-joints checked on the driveshaft.
my dodge does it to its probably the linkage you have to drop the shifter just past the r then move it back up
I am sure your trans level is fine this is very normal problem with 46re transmission cold weather equals thick oil which makes higher pressure, until warmed up then pressure decreases, no noise its a valve body issue there is no real fix and there is no real problem either
Replace the excelerator pump in the carb, and make sure of the proper engine timming!
