you know how you have a funny bone in your elbow well that funny bone causes spasms around your whole body so if you have hit your elbow at least once in your life your prone to body spasms which means you could get a spasm any were on you so when the doctor reflexes your knee and you kick it's because you had a knee spasm which was prone to spread and caused you to flinch so that's why when you kick during a reflex the doctor says that's good.
