Possibly, the ball joint is bad or a bad strut, but I would have the ball joint checked first.
The most obvious thing is worn brake pads. The squeaking is the worn brake pad warning device. Can also be a defective wheel bearing. In inspect the brake pads.

Ussually it's the ball joints and it's ussually only on one side of the vehicle. Most noticable when turning the wheels.
Front shocks. You may feel what I could describe as an "UP" bounce feel. If you replace the front shocks this will minimize that feel. However, the Frontier front suspension is quite "bouncy" good truck.
Squeaking usually caused by vibration Anti-rattle clips (if any) installed? A paste type compound is available to stop rattle
