I have been taking geritola for 3 weeks and i notice that i have bloating in my stomach.
Its normal. Your baby is getting bigger and things are stretching and things are being moved around and getting squished.
It varies from woman to woman. You may not have any signs, but you could experience nausea, vomiting, headaches, stomach aches and loss or gain of appetite.
Try eating less food, slower, but more frequently. Try drinking slightly more water (or herbal teas, just not acidic stuff). Try cutting back on coffee, fizzy drinks and especially cola - all are quite acidic and as such do not help stomach aches (especially the fizzy drinks). Try reducing the amount of fat that you are eating (this can sometimes cause stomach aches). If all that fails, try keeping a food diary of what you ate, when you ate it, how much you ate, and when your stomach aches occured. After a few weeks you may see a correlation.
most of that is caused by the bloating.
Sometimes yes.
