Worn out front shocks and struts will make a clunking noise when you go over small box. The strut may actually allows the tire to hit the fender well.
Sounds like its from one side? Ur shocks
What type of noise? Clunking, squeaking, rubbing. A little more information would help.
Most likely your upper shock mounts. Get them checked over.
check rack and pinion. sounds like it needs to be replaced.
your shocks or your brake pads are probly loose. You need to check them out. If that's not it then take it to a mechanic.
CHECK THE EXHAUST.MINE WAS HITTING THE BODY AT BOTTOM OF REAR FENDER

It's either something loose or something worn out. I'd start with the shocks then look at the ball joints.
