I have this too and I haven't figured it out yet, but for some people it is because they are allergic to their sweat. Some people are also allergic to dairy and they get this. I just know that it means the person is allergic to something. It could be a sudden change in laundry detergent or soap. Who knows, but I hope that helped you.
