What causes the Headlights on a 99 Mystique to fog up on the inside?

A somewhat common problem. Check for cracks, holes or some other way for water to get inside the lenses. That's what's happening. Somehow, water has gotten inside the lights. You'll need to figure out how the water's getting in, fix it and dry them out.
