REPLACE THE STEERING DAMPNER SHOCK ASSEMBLY. THE SHUDDER IS COMING FROM THE FRONT TIRES & WHEN YOU TAP THE BRAKE, IT PUTS A 'DRAG' ON THE FRONT WHEELS AND STABILIZES THEM.
