Combating dehydration is simple. Drink more water, sports drinks, what have you.
Low blood sugar, it might not help to just eat something starchy, or a simple sugar before you exercise, but possibly add a protein in. This way your blood sugar remains at a more stable level.
Dilation of the blood vessels is harder to fight. The best you can do for yourself is to try and make sure you're warming up properly before you exercise, and giving yourself enough time to cool down.
In treating a migraine, the best thing you can do is to treat early. The aura comes on? Get in the dark, get some meds in you, and get an ice pack on your neck. Even if you don't feel pain yet, you might be able to head it off.
