14 studs
If you drywall on 16" on-centre studs, with sheet length perpendicular to the studs, and screw the two outside length edges at 6" spacing (as it should be) and the two interior studs at 12" spacing, the answer is 48 drywall screws per 4'x8' sheet.
Studs are typically on 16 inch centers.

There are 13 studs in a 24ft wall if they re on 24" centers. You need 1 stud to start on and hen 1 every 2ft thereafter.
Typically studs are 16 inches between their centers, leaving 15 inches in between. Some times that can decreased to 12 inches or increased to 20 inches.
There isn't a standard, they come in all different sizes, the average would be between 30 and 32 inches. There are some defacto standards based on standard stud placements. if you have a wall that is on 16 inch centers, there are a few window widths that come out as 'standard'. without cutting studs, you can have a rough opening of 30.5 inches. if you scab on one side of the 3 stud span and make the the original stud your jack stud, you would have a standard rough opening of 32 inches. if you put scabs on the insides of the 2 outside studs of your 3 stud span, you would have 27.5 inches. if you only do one, you would have 29 inches. at most of your home centers, you will find standard width windows that fit all of these rough dimensions in width.the same thing exists for walls on 24 inch centers.Lengths can be darn near anything however home centers will only carry several possible ones and you have to special order the rest.
Yeah 6 to eight weeks, it should say on your aftercare sheet.
Wall studs are usually placed about 12 to 18 inches apart depending on the type of construction and the building codes in your particular area. The closer together the studs are located, the stronger the structure becomes.
19 or 21 if you double the ones on the ends so that the cross wall has something to nail to
Stud placement is geared toward having support at the ends or joints in sheetrock ,decking and plywood. These sheets are 48" x 96" (4' x 8"). 19 1/4" is sometimes used for roof framing as well. ------------------ Since the sheetrock is 48" wide, 16" makes three studs per sheet, and 24" makes 2 studs per sheet. 16 and 24 both go evenly into 48 (and 96).
