Australia's relationship with it's allies (USA, SOUTH KOREA, AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND), US combat troops were involved from 1965 until their official withdrawal in 1973. Australian and New Zealand troops were involved from 1962 to 1973. the war ended on the 30th/APRIL/1975 and their relationship have stayed they same.

Ground forces had been present in RVN since '55. Conventional combat troops were deployed in '65 after the Tonkin Gulf Incident in '64. The war went conventional in '65.
No list exists. The Bronze Star medal was created in 1944, so it has existed for over 65 years. A time when the US was involved in WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq/Afghanistan, to name but a few. Because the medal is awarded for combat and non-combat actions, tens of thousands have been awarded.
There is no difference. It would have been more difficult to get involved in Vietnam WITHOUT the domino theory.
