The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (commonly called the "Mormon" church) operates a few for-profit and not-for-profit companies.

Not-for-profit companies include:

Deseret Transportation (trucking - mostly shipping humanitarian/charitable items and church supplies)
Bishop's Storehouse (grocery store that operates as a food pantry for the needy)
LDS Philantropies (supplies charitable and humanitarian efforts of the church and provides scholarships for poor, mostly international, students)
Intellectual Reserve (manages the church's copyrights and trademarks)

As far as companies that are owned by individual Mormons, it would be impossible to provide a comprehensive list, as there are over 15 million Mormons worldwide and entrepreneurship is popular in Mormon culture. (For example, in my extended family including over 20 Mormon aunts/uncles and their 50+ adult children, about 85% either own their own company or work for a company owned by another family member.)
