Well to join the army you need to do a fitness test, In the fitness test it has the following exercises 44 minimum push ups in 2 mins and 50 minimum sit ups in 2mins then a 1.5mile run under 12mins. I went on the army insight coarse today and I would class my self as quite fit, I managed 39 push ups and 53 sit ups. I was third in the class on push ups and 1st with the sit ups, Also I came 5th on the run with a time of 10mins and 12 seconds.
