What contributed to the disintegration of Yugoslavia?

A confluence of multiple factors came to fruition resulting in the civil war, genocides and ethnic cleansing that personified the breakup of Yugoslavia. The first were the forces of nationalism that were long and brutally suppressed. The second was the break-up of the Soviet Union, in addition to the rapid democratization and waves of independence that spread across Europe in the late 80s and early 90s. Other sources of conflict related to nationality were along religious lines of Catholic, Eastern Orthodox and Muslim lines chiefly involving Croats, Serbs, Bosniaks, Kosovars, and Albanians.

Its bit complicated :D but well here : Croatia joined with Hitler and declared its independence on FORCE and they killed 1million serbs torturing and trowing them in living sand and they hate serbians but rusians kicked nazi ass so Croatia was given to Serbia as well "reward" for WWII eforts and then yugoslav leader Tito was a croatian so croats where ok en all but then when tito died and soviet union colapsed they thought "hey Russians have their own problems they wont kick our ass now if we declare independence" so they did .. FORCE independence and well slobodan sent army and they took most of Croatia back but then they sold their vaginas to NATO so NATO fighted serbs back to Serbia until end war declaration. point is its CROATIAN fault cuz they are like lower race who are made to be obsticle in Serbia way to develop. they even think serbs started war first and they call their concentration camp leader a hero who "never killed anybody" that's just ironic u know how limited they are , and they even claim they won the war but fact is all war was on croatian/Muslim land , serbian loses 30k oposition 87k ... and 500k croatian civilians. and another reason of war were the "jihad boyz" from bosnia cuz they wanted bosnia for themself and they made deal with croatians to start a war ... but bosnian serbs kicked their ass very easily. And ironic thing is that those Muslims that declared war on Serbia used to be serbians who sold their faith for Turkish food and grew up as Muslims. I liked the old Yugoslavia it was nice like a comunity and all but croatians they just have to spoil everything.
