A pea sized lump on top of the jaw that is movable is likely just a gland or a benign cyst. However, to be absolutely sure it's not something more serious, it would be best to see a doctor.

I have this too! But I have no clue what it is! At first I thought it was a pimple or something, but it like, hurts, and i can't pop it. From what i can tell, i think it is a : cyst, ingrown hair, a pimple without a white head, or a swollen sweat gland. It could be as simple as lymphadenopathy associated with a viral infection, or as complex as multiple lymph node involvement from one of a variety of lymphomas. The fact that these are painless is a bit concerning. So, to be on the safe side, it would be prudent to have her obtain a scheduled appointment with her physician to assess the situation.
