Believe it or not it could be things you eat. Yeast and sweets are bad for this. It can also be the woman's chemistry. It's like buying a perfume you have liked the smell of on another person, buying it, putting it on and you smell like a rabid skunk. LOL It's best to go see your doctor and be examined just to put your mind at ease. If anything the doctor can give you some ideas as to how to control this. Marcy Hi you may have a bacterial infection. I get them alot and that smell is a symptom. You need to see a doctor to cure it. Most likely it is an infection called trichomonas. I recently had an infection of this sort and it takes medication to clear it up, so see a doctor as soon as you can. Other symptoms of this infection include itching and discharge. Until you can see a DR you can use panty liners to help with the odor. change them at least twice a day, it really helps. P.S. the medicine tastes real nasty so be prepared.
The biggest factors to consider are hygiene and menstrual products.
Your vagina is a self-cleaning organ, it uses discharge to clean out bacteria and dead cells as well as having an acidic pH to kill 'bad' bacterial while allowing 'good' bacteria to thrive - during menstruation the blood changes that pH and menstrual flow is more favourable to 'bad' bacteria, although menstrual flow is not dirty if hygiene is poor it will increase risk of odour and infection.
Menstrual products make a big difference, tampons and commercial pads are the least hygienic options so the most likely to cause bad odour or infection. Tampons provide bacteria with the perfect place to multiply while preventing vaginal cleaning and keeping flow in contact with the vagina so changing pH. Commercial pads prevent air-flow so make genitals sweaty and stop blood drying so favourable to bacteria, also chemicals in the pads interact with bodily fluids causing odour.
It's best to use hygienic menstrual products such as menstrual cups, softcups, cloth pads, or at very least organic tampons or pads. Make sure to change products regularly: tampons and pads should be changed every 4-6 hours, menstrual cups and softcups should be emptied every 12 hours, and if using tampons also be sure to alternate with pads to allow vaginal cleaning. Wash regularly with water only, never use soaps or washes on your genitals as it will change pH.
An IUD almost at the end of its life will not cause dizziness. See your health care provider for evaluation of your symptoms.

If you are menstruating twice a month, it means that your periods are irregular. Normal menstruation occurs once a month. You could make an appointment with your doctor to discuss your options if your menstrual cycle is bothering you.

If you're not menstruating then it could be a sign of an underlying health problem that is stopping you from ovulating on a regular basis. If you go longer than three months without menstruating then you should see your doctor.
