2 a blockage in the heater core preventing fluid passage usually caused by corrosion or sediment

3 Air mix door not flipping over to heat side from AC, could be a busted cable or vacuum issue.

4 your vehicle may have a heater valve in the line going to the heater core that has become stuck and will not allow fluid to pass.
