It's probably the power lock relay that's located in the drivers door panel. Do you hear the relay click when you operate the power lock switch? If so, the the relay probably can be repaired instead of being replaced. If you can hear it click, remove you door panel, unplug and remove the relay (it's a gray box about 3"x5"), use a small screwdriver and carefully remove the front cover, pull on the circuit board, turn it over and examine the solder connections on the back. I'll bet if you look closely you'll find one of the connections broke loose. DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS UNLESS YOU ARE CONFIDENT YOU ARE MECHANICLY INCLINED ENOUGH FOR THIS TASK! Carefully re-solder this connection. Put it back together and it should work fine.
