What could be wrong with my 95 Dodge Spirit the thermostat gauge keeps going to hot and my check gauges light flashes What could this be you have had your timing replaced and your cam shaft?

Engines running hot could be
Low oil levels
low coolant level
possibly even a blown head gasket or cracked head Failed water pump, inoperative radiator fan, failed thermostat,......

Ultrasonic gauges need to be replaced every couple of years depending on how many times they are used. They are easily replaced so why not do it when you feel their usefulness is done.

Depending on the year, it could be in a number of places. In 2003-2007 350z it was in top left of the three circular instrument gauges above where the navigation would be.

i had this happen once on an 03 dodge minivan. the alternator went bad and the battery was going dead but had enough power to get the engine started. once i replaced the alternator and charged the battery the gauges worked again. good luck!

Check your fuses. If it is not a fuse, they are notorious for the dash burning out and needing to be replaced.
