What could be wrong with my heater only high speed and I have replaced the control panel and also all windows just stopped working aswell as my power mirrors. I have a 98 intrepid with the 2.7?

with your heater it it is most likely the resistor (blowerl motor) and the windows and mirrors is most likely a pcm issue

I had the same problem...the alternator went bad. Both the alternator and battery had to be replaced.
