if turning and your car clicks, check cv axles. if going straight, check brake pads for looseness in caliper bracket, check rotors for thickness and runout(warpage), check brake hardware, and especially caliper bolts and bracket bolts.
Try it, if it doesn't work then all you have to do is go to Walmart and get an adapter for it.
Check for a blown fuse.

That all depends. The going rate for these cars, measured on a scale, has been anywhere from 2800, up to about 4000. Course this depends on if its a coupe, wagon, sedan, options, cargo, driver weight, etc.
Your actually lucky on your car, the other cars in the Century family (Pontiac 6000, olds cutlass ciera, and Pontiac 6000) are quite a bit more involved to open there hoods. The Buick century is the easiest car to open the hood on when the cable is broken. You will need a T15 or a T20 Torxdriver. You use this to take your grill off. Should be 4-8 screws holding it on. Once its off and out of the way, you can see the hood latch mechanism. You will be able to figure out how to get it to open from there.

Buick Century was created in 1936.
It is quite likely it is the anti-lock brakes activating. When any wheel loses traction while braking the brakes will be pulsed so that the car will not go into a slide. When driving on slippery roads, you are suppose to pulse your brakes to stop. The antilock system does this for you.
you might have slung a rod.

It is more than likely that the clicking noise is just the sound of the fuel injectors intermitently squirting fuel into the cylinder. Yes, this is normal.
There are several reasons that can cause your 1995 Buick Century to quit running. The most common reason is a lack of fuel. A bad fuel pump can cause the engine to quit running.
There is no such thing as a 2005 Buick Century
