loose alternator belt or loose Power Steering belt
There is a possibility that the squealing sound in your car could either be the water pump is starting to go bad. Have this checked out at your local service center or a very well known garage mechanic will tell you possibly the same thing, Good luck.

Glazed or loose fan belt?
Wheel balance, bent rim, bad tire or worn steering components to name a few.
you need to replace your belts. Take it to AutoZone to have them look at it
If it always goes back to normal later, I'd suspect fuel filter first. But other problems are possible.
