I had the same pain. Its most probable cause is sinuses infection. When mucus accumulates in the sinus tracts, it cuases pain. This kind of pain is experienced by peolple with astma or some kinds of Allergies.
This may be due to extresive excersises. If you have been stretching a lot lately, you may have been overworking your muscles, try taking it easy next time you're working out. Your neck may be swollen due to the swelling of lymph glands, which may mean you have mono. If so, see a doctor. They might also be calcium deposits. The lower Back pain could be a result of a number of things. If you are a girl, your period could be starting soon. You may have been standing up for a long time. If you have numbness, or loose control of your bladder, this could be very serious, so see a physician. This could mean herniation to one or more areas of the spine. Feel better! I hope this helped.
A back tooth can cause swelling at the back of the head. This is especially true if your back tooth is infected.
A blow to the head would cause swelling.

I believe this might be Orchitis which is the inflammation of a testicle with swelling and pain that can extend to the inguinal region and lower back. the cause is usually an infection from others parts of the body spreading via bloodstream. I Have experienced some thing like after masturbation and it always gos away after a little bit, but just in case you should see a doctor.
I believe that shingles can cause lower back pain.
Damage in the back would not be my first choice . . . but it could have put pressure on a major blood vessel. Leg and ankle swelling have more to do with heart disease or diabetes. You should see a doctor, very soon!
Swelling could indicate an injury. See your vet.
