What could this mean I had my last period from Mar 2 to the 8th and today is the 20th and i spotted a little i am not on birth control but the last time i was active was over a month ago help?

You are at day 18 of your cycle, which means you are probably ovulating, and having ovulation spotting, which can happen to some women. Your period should still show up on time, but if its 4 days later than your longest period, consider a pregnancy test or seeing a doctor. But this is totally normal, so don't worry.
