There are several countries with multiple capitals.
Benin > Africa. Has a capital city, but the government meets in another city.
Bolivia > South America. La Paz and Sucre
Chile > South America. Santiago and Valparaiso
Malasia > South-East Asia. Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya
South Africa > Africa Pretoria (Administrative), Cape Town (Legislative) Bloemfontein (Judicial)
Sri Lanka > South Asia. Sri Jayawardenapura and Colombo
Swaziland > Africa. Mbabane and Lobamba
There are several other countries that have a constitutional capital but the seat of government is elsewhere. These are Western Sahara, Tanzania, Benine and Cote d'Lviore. In some cases this is just temporary.
