The 4th country, Northern Ireland, is on the island of Ireland.

The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Irelandconsists of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

The Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are British Crown Dependencies but are not part of the UK.

Note that the UK is sometimes referred to as Great Britain but strictly speaking Great Britain does not include Northern Ireland.
