It would probably be Russia just because of its enormous size. However, that does not mean you would feel every single earthquake. Earthquakes happen all the times, but most are undetectable. The country with the most earthquakes that are noticeable would be a country situated around the Pacific Ocean's Ring of Fire, so countries such as Japan, Indonesia, Canada, and the United States.

All of them. Earthquakes are in part caused by the motion of the tectonic plates upon which all land masses (and sea floors) float. Since the entire Earth is covered by these plates, there is no place on the planet which is completely immune to earthquakes.

Earthquakes are natural disasters that keep on occurring from time to time.

They don't have any regular intervals or so.

So, the earthquakes have been a part of human life from ancient life and it can't be said when and where did the first earthquake occur.

However, earthquakes in past upto 10th and 11th centuries have been known.
